Affirmations - I am WorthyHave you ever thought that you are not worthy of something better than you already have? Or, even worse, that you are not worthy of what you have or appeared recently? Such negative thoughts usually appear in people with low self-esteem. Like saboteurs, they penetrate our heads, hiding under a fleeting sense of our own inferiority, forcing us to experience even more negative emotions and think even more negative thoughts. We mistakenly think that we are not beautiful enough, not good enough and unworthy of something or someone in our lives. The Universe sends us beautiful things or good people, and instead of accepting this and letting us experience joy, we begin to torment ourselves with doubts, succumb to fears, jealousy, and anxiety. This wonderful gift that we were lucky to have in our lives becomes a burden to us. As a result, we lose these beautiful things or these good people presented to us by the Universe, and then we torment ourselves with reproaches and condemnation for a very long time. Obviously, if we do not change the way we think, the Universe will stop sending us such great gifts, and we will continue to be content with the small ones. It is time to make a difference, but they will help you with this affirmation: I am worthy. Repeating them regularly will help you tune yourself in a new way and open your life to good people and wonderful things. Affirmations - I am Worthy:
Create your own affirmations “I am worthy ...” and repeat them on a regular basis until you find that you no longer have negative thoughts about your right to happiness. Try to induce positive emotions when applying positive affirmations, this will increase the effectiveness of your practice. And remember, your beliefs shape your reality, even if you don't believe it. Everything is natural here, on the basis of your beliefs your thoughts are formed, you turn your thoughts into actions, and, in the end, you get the corresponding results. If you think that you are unworthy of something, you will push it away from you by your own actions. Even hidden beliefs can be harmful: you will refute the thoughts that appear on their basis, but you cannot deceive your feelings. And if you feel unworthy of something, it is as bad as if you simply think you are unworthy of anything. Fortunately, even feelings can be changed. This can be done through a long and regular practice of repeating affirmations “I am worthy” while invoking positive emotions, or using the technique of anchoring NLP.
