Trainers for Improving Attention, Concentration, and Focus in General

Attention Trainer "Butterfly Pairs"

In this simple attention trainer, you will need to find pairs of identical butterflies amidst visual interference, as the butterflies are placed against a background of flowers and green vegetation, making them harder to distinguish. This is especially true since some butterflies may look similar but still differ in many parameters. Your task is to find the specified number of butterfly pairs among a large number of butterflies of various colors as quickly as possible. Try to stay highly focused, and completing the trainer will not be difficult. The trainer results will show how quickly you completed the task and how many mistakes were made during the exercise.

Attention Training "Find Pairs of Identical Faces"

This trainer might seem a bit more interesting to some of you than searching for butterflies, as most of us encounter people much more often than butterflies. Here, besides attention, you develop an important skill: the ability to distinguish faces based on a small number of characteristics. However, don't expect this trainer to be easier than the previous one. Faces can also be similar, and their similarity can confuse you. If you doubt your abilities, start with an easier level, searching for the smallest number of faces. Over time, your ability to find face pairs will likely only increase, and you'll be surprised at how quickly you can find pairs among the largest number of faces presented in this concentration trainer.

Concentration Training "Attention - Maze!"

Want to feel like an explorer for a moment? Then welcome to the levels of the "Attention - Maze" trainer. Choose a suitable maze size and cell size, and move the red square using the arrows (computer keyboard or interactive arrows) towards the blue exit. Do this as quickly as you can, but first, examine the maze carefully and find the shortest path to the exit. Then, follow your planned path to the exit confidently but still attentively. Once you reach the maze exit, you will be taken to the results page, where your movement efficiency will be assessed. One of the key metrics is the number of steps taken relative to the shortest path to the exit, and of course, the completion time.

Training Game "Find the Differences"

"Find the Differences" attention trainers are probably among the most interesting ones. Here, you will compare two seemingly identical pictures, but some details on these pictures differ. You need to find these details and click on them to mark them and complete the training. Levels can include from 5 to 15 differences, and you should find them in the shortest possible time. However, keep in mind that it won't be as easy as it might seem at first, as some differences are barely noticeable, making this exercise both an effective and challenging attention trainer.

Attention Training Game "Geo Radar - Treasure Hunt".

Why not test your attention in this exciting treasure hunt game? First and foremost, you need to use your hearing here to distinguish the sound signals from your geo radar. The radar emits a sound when you click on cells if you click near a treasure (represented by a diamond icon) located on the mini-map. But be extremely attentive; the geo radar can emit mixed sounds if there is more than one treasure nearby. This can be confusing, but with practice, you can learn to distinguish the sounds and determine which cell contains the treasure. Importantly, besides attention, this trainer also develops logical thinking, making it a useful comprehensive training.

Attention Trainer "Block Puzzle"

Here, you need to assemble an image from a scattered set of pieces, each containing part of the picture, using as few moves as possible and doing it as quickly as you can. The trainer can have a barely noticeable hint, a brighter hint, or no hint at all. In the latter case, it will be more of a short-term memory training, as you will have to assemble the picture from blocks from memory after first memorizing the image. Upon completion, you will be taken to the results page, where you can see the main statistics for this attention trainer.

Focus Exercises "Count the Beans".

What could be simpler than counting the number of beans scattered on a table? However, don't be deceived by this apparent simplicity. To count the exact number, you will need to focus your attention, mentally dividing the pile of beans into groups to avoid mistakes. To get the maximum benefit for your concentration, you must do this solely using your attention, without any tools. This trainer is simple to perform and can be interesting for both children and adults, including elderly people who want to keep their brains active.

Attention Training "Flying Circles"

Unlike the "Count the Beans" trainer, here you need to count circles that move randomly within a small window as quickly as possible, and they don't want to be counted easily. Therefore, you will need to exert mental effort using your attention to quickly group them and determine their exact number. The completion time usually doesn't take more than a minute. With proper preparation and practice, you will learn to count moving circles much faster than that. Undoubtedly, this can be a very useful skill in life; at the very least, you won't have to spend a long time counting crows, meaning you'll quickly return to your current activity.

Concentration Training "Count How Many".

Using this trainer, you can train your attention by simply counting the number of icons of each type presented in the trainer, depending on the chosen variant. The more complex the variant you choose, the more different types of icons will appear on the page, and the greater the quantity of each type you will need to count and enter into the corresponding input fields in the upper part of the trainer. This attention trainer is just as beneficial for your concentration as any other concentration exercise, despite its apparent simplicity.

Concentration Trainer "Sort and Count Icons".

The previous attention trainer is very similar to this one, but here the icons can overlap, making counting them much more difficult. Therefore, you will need to use your computer mouse or smartphone touchscreen to move the icons, trying to place each one in its own spot while simultaneously counting them and trying not to forget how many icons you have already counted and whether any icons are hidden under others. This trainer is useful not only for developing attention but also for developing fine motor skills, as it requires careful moving and stacking of small icons into their places.
