After clicking on the black area of ​​the rectangle, your goal is to wait for its color to change to red, and then immediately click on this area with red color. The faster you do this, the better the result. Keep in mind that in this type of test, green color may appear instead of red, and clicking on it will be counted as an error, so wait until the green color changes to red, and then quickly click on the red area. The test consists of 10 series of clicks, after which you will receive the average value of your reaction time (which will include, among other things, the decision time on which color you see in front of you and the response time - that is, pressing the red area).
